Pros

I love working here! The mission to spread awareness about animal testing and to help rehome animals who have been used as test subjects is so fulfilling! Shannon is great to work for, too! The office environment is in a beautiful home and there are constantly friendly doggies to pet. She even lets you take your dog to work! The kitchen is always stocked with refreshments; things to eat and drink for everyone! Shannon even buys lunch for her employees occasionally out of her own pocket! She is very generous and pays well above average.

Cons

I can’t think of any.

Great mission overshadowed by toxic leadership

Pros

BFP serves a great mission

Cons

The Founder/President chooses someone for no reason and makes their life miserable. Her motto is that "if you want people to work, you need to make them cry." She treats people horribly. Many people who have worked with or for BFP will tell you the same. Working here is not worth the useless drama.
