Pros

The trainer is pretty good

Cons

Literally feel so taken advantage of by this company. Like I made so much money for this company and they treated me worse than actual crap. In my offboarding call they were RUDE and straight up yelling at me just because I took a better opportunity somewhere else?? Like I’m leaving because this is EXACTLY the kind of thing I don’t want to deal with. Not to mention that I high key think the terms in their contract are actually illegal. When you sign on the dotted line, you basically agree to be their slave. Go somewhere you’re valued. This company ain’t it, folks.

Pros

-The seem like they want to work with you. The people are very down to earth. -Can possibly skip bootcamp "training" if you are extremely proficient on the first and second technical interview. -Interviews were with very friendly people, and felt more like a conversation than a formal interview.

Cons

-This is a staffing firm. -Training is 3 months, which is technically ANOTHER bootcamp. It is UNPAID, until they set you up with your first contract, which could take 4-8 weeks after "training". -Offer letter and discussions and technical interviews seem a little misleading.
