Too many to list. Upper management and directors are all pawns to the ceo. If they have a conscience they won’t last in that job. This company is a farce and only cares about money. They put up new buildings and fitness centers and cannot even keep doctors and other excellent employees from walking out. But they don’t care, they want the more experienced people with good benefits and vacation time out and less informed, younger staff in so they can pay them less and provide less benefits.

Leadership! Everyone’s afraid to report poor leadership with the fear of being terminated. It’s a revolving door! Leaders can talk to employees like they are nothing with no consequences. If you say something to anyone, your role is in jeopardy. Directors are condescending, while VPs hold no one accountable. The leaders at the top don’t care about what’s going on beneath them because… why would they? Out of sight, out of mind. Pay is below market value. What’s good for some people isn’t good for others & what makes matters worse, leaders talk down to their employees. If you want to work for an organization that looks good in the public, wants to look good for the media but that’s terrible for your mental health - RUN. Leadership takes zero accountability. Leadership is NEVER wrong. Leadership is NEVER reprimanded and when you bring things to the forefront, you’re hushed. You have to be best friends with leadership to get promoted. People that have been here for years get overlooked. Time and time again. Place sucks. RUN.
