Pros
No "Pros" to working at BHO. They said they "merged" with ValueOptions, but in reality, BHS bailed VO out from going under and in return VO took over.
Cons
The VO side will run BHO into the ground like they did their own company. New management talks and talks and talks and talks a good game, but can't manage their way out of a wet paper bag. They will tell you what you want to hear to hire or keep you, then pull the rug right out from under you. Don't believe any of the "Good" reviews for BHS or VO. they were put there by HR.
