      Pros

      What I appreciated most about this internship was that the employees were willing to give me hands on experience. Unlike previous internships I had, within a few weeks, they coached me on how to write pitches, use PR tools (Cision, Hootsuite, etc.), and many other aspects of the PR world. I felt after my internship was over that I truly walked away with a valuable skill set that I could apply to my future career.

      Cons

      Due to a large amount of requests from employees for tasks to be done, sometimes it was hard to prioritize which requests were most important. Time management skills are definitely a must for this internship

      Pros

      Small but mighty, working with the Beach House team requires being a team player and hustler. With the flexibility to grow, and amazing guidance from senior roles this is a great company to build a foundation in beauty PR. The firm represents a ton of fun, exciting beauty and wellness-based brands, making for an exciting work flow.

      Cons

      A smaller team requires more hands-on work and a lot of self discipline, but the entire team is there to help when you need it!

      Summer Internship with Beach House PR

      Pros

      I just completed my summer internship with Beach House PR. It was amazing! The girls made me feel so welcome and comfortable in their work environment. I went into this internship without a vast background in the PR world, and I learned so much so quickly! I had so much fun doing various different tasks for social media and PR. I would highly recommend applying for an internship position with this company! I want to be able to come back in the future and even apply for a full time position.

      Cons

      I honestly cannot think of any Cons, except that my internship was only 2 days a week and with my summer schedule was only able to last 2 months. I wish I could have worked more!!!
