      Cons

      Their systems are too complex. They don't integrate tech well. Too many bottlenecks. Some meetings feel like a waste of time. Many culturally unaware cringe moments. HR is not your friend.

      Pros

      I was given diverse tasks and very accessible training programs. That allowed me to grow really quickly. All my supervisors were friendly and mentored me through every challenge in my career.

      Cons

      At times, especially when the regional supervisors are assigned several properties at once, the workload can feel overwhelming. But even so, overcoming these thought times, I learned how to manage my time effectively and get work done efficiently
