      Location (Pier01, Barcelona), big windows

      Cons

      Below-market salaries, no additional benefits, unnecessarily long hours, depressing senior management, lack of culture, contradicting values, noisy work environment, no HHRR support, no respect for quality work, extremely uninteresting projects

      Great office location. Nice people and qualified professionals (most of them).

      Cons

      Don't expect to be listened, your professional opinion does not matter. Don't expect to contribute in a meaningful way, nobody cares. Potentially awesome projects turned into boring and disappointing crap.
