Pros

A comprehensive and detailed training plan for entry level employees all the way through to management positions. Extremely team driven with a focus on employee welfare. Regular reviews of all aspects of the operation in order to maintain focus on the company's mission statement.

Cons

Long shifts and an expectation to work a longer week then most. Full integration can be taxing on work/life balance.

Clear path at the beginning. Promising carrier plan. A lot of friendly people.

Cons

No one cares about your training. You’ll be stuck at the same position for years. Inside politics makes it impossible to grow within the company unless you are someone’s best friend or you kiss someone’s a** No diversity - only white people on leading positions; most of the staff in the company is white. Managers openly doing drugs and encouraging their staff to do so too.
