      Pros

      I have worked in the logistics industry for a number of years and for a number of companies and this is by far the best place I have worked. The people and the culture make a business what it is and I love the team ethos, the diversity and the open door policy. Baxter Freight encourage feedback and they really do listen and strive to be an employer of choice. I feel valued and an integral part of the team.

      Cons

      Like all businesses and people Baxter Freight are on a journey - new systems are currently in progress along side a focus on training and development.

      Free tea and coffee, good commission.

      Cons

      Stop promoting multiple family members into leadership roles with no experience, give everyone a fair shot. Only recruiting graduates, no experience left in sales
