I have been working for Baseline since the early days and, throughout the years, we have been through a lot of changes and had to make several pivots to fix our business model and get to where we are now. Those changes were sometimes chaotic and we did not do a good job at communicating them properly.
Reading through the post of former employees, I understand their feelings and disappointment. I had my fair share of frustrations over the years too and thought of quitting a few times too! But I am glad I did not... The management team has done several mistakes (who has not?) but we constantly try to learn from them to improve to avoid repeating them.
Our fast paced environment coupled with improper communication can be perceived as a lack of focus and planning by some people but we have been working hard on improving those processes in 2018 and we are in a much better position now than ever before.
