Base4 is a start up company with an incredibly talented and friendly team – you won’t find a better group of people to work with. The technology is exciting and the work is challenging and varied. Priorities can change relatively quickly as the technology develops, problems get solved and new ideas continuously arise, making it a dynamic environment that rewards hard work and creativity. There’s a genuine opportunity to be part of creating something amazing, which surely doesn’t come along very often.
Cons
Relatively fast pace of change may not be for everyone and can result in a steep learning curve. Everyone is expected to make a meaningful contribution, so don’t expect to sit back and coast.
