      There is nothing good as such.Its good only for the one who cannot find a job anywhere

      Worst management,they don't even care about their employees,doesn't pay you well,doesnt appreciate the employees,old technology and no growth,even if supposedly you get a chance to work for base and they tell you to work for the client side then better stay away from the women named nagaveni .She is horrible person,jelous and target ever single employee/freshers

      For experience 1 year of bond, you will be torchered if you don't give output and if give ouput then also you will be torchered. Hard to work here. very low salary. PM has no management skills. Everything developer do from client req to deployment and PM will not come in front to help. Never come in base info. Only come when you don't have option.

      Pros

      CMMI level 3 Company. Got good exposure to learn and lead. BASE is a hub to learn the different modules in the ERP - CRM domain and client handling Good support from Project manager(Implementation & Support team). Always guide his team and stand for his team in every situation. The company is human in nature and doesn't believe in hire and fire.

      Cons

      If you miss to fill the time sheet for a day then forget the salary of that day.
