      There is nothing at all

      Just Hire and Fire situation!! within 2 months timeframe i have seen 5 of known employees to me being fired within 30 minutes, no discussion, no notice, no severance pay, no meetings, nothing. you will get a call by HR and boom you are doomed.! your all logins will be disabled within 5 minutes.

      its a small tech team ( Backed & frontend, dataScience), o avg each tram haveing 3-4 members. u get to work closely with everyone, when a feature is in progress.

      Cons

      not a very large scale, so tech person wont be learning much abt HLD architecture. on call has no timings.
