Pros
Casual environment, friendly coworkers, managers are very personable.
Cons
Growth opportunities don't exist if you aren't an engineer. You can learn new things for the sake of learnings, but you will not be rewarded for that financially unless you are an engineer who can directly invoice the client for a higher amount. The work life balance is decent, but not nearly as groundbreaking as Barr would like to believe.

- Freedom to work on teams and projects that you want to work on - Solid leadership team - Good benefits and PTO/Comp time system - Lots of talented coworkers to learn from
Cons
- Work load can sometimes be feast or famine - Salary seems to be in the low-to-mid range - Lots of unfunded meetings; it can be easy to ignore them when work load is heavy
