you get to meet some amazing customers and make connections

Cons

the company overworks employees and pays very little. They give you bape uniform to wear but you must leave it at the store and share your clothes with other employees because they don't let you keep your uniform only take it home to wash if needed. Doesn't pay by experience, everyone makes minimum wage. Bad communication from the bosses. Super complicated when it comes to using your employee discount.
