      Pros

      Good culture, always putting new things in place, a company with its heart in the right place. Decent benefits, market pay, good business platform - great training, put a lot of money back into the properties.

      Cons

      Could be a touch better on employer contribution to benefits.

      Corporate team from Chicago

      Cons

      No support, lack of empathy, no work life balance, my manager rarely showed up for work, my manager did not lead by example, they never give raises, bonuses are horrible compared to other companies.

      Pros

      Insurance and benefits were really good. They also had a 401k plan that was nice.

      Cons

      Pay was not great and had to work long hours and weekends. Sometimes would have to stay after office hours to finish up. Not the greatest work like balance.
