The company offers good benefits compared to other companies I've worked for. They have a solid reputation in the industry.

Cons

Poor communication between the engineering and production departments and the sales department, as well as senior management and the sales department. 100% commission structure and company policy made it difficult for inside/direct sales to compete with distributors/resellers.

Great name in the industry. Quality product.

Cons

Inside sales was not fun. A small group got the good leads and the rest were just about hung out to dry. Commissions were cut with minutes' notice. You had to sign the new commission structure or you were out of a job.
