      - Competitive Salary but cannot be compared with Tech Company in Indonesia, its way lower - Excellent company culture - Great working place - Employee benefits

      - Salary is way lower than Tech Company in Indonesia - Perfomance Appraisal/review is biased, you dont really stand out when you work very hard here

      Great learning management system, people who loves to learn something new will try and enjoy this system

      Cons

      There's no growth in comfort zone and there's no comfort in growth zone. Comfort workplace is needed but to much comfort make lazy employee numbers grown and inefficiency in management
