      Easy entry, as long as you are prepared to do EVERYTHING, related or unrelated to your job description (if one exists).

      Cons

      Very dishonest with customers. If you have good morale, you won't last one month.

      The owner treats everyone around her horribly, employees, customers, everyone. Customers do not get what they pay for and employees are treated with no respect.
