      Management is really poor. No real HR to speak of. Get worked to the bone and dont have a clear path to grow or advance

      Pros

      Best internship I have ever had in a fashion industry. You will be able to learn a lot in the design process, and production process. The team and designers really appreciates your work and follows very closely so that they know where to guide you. I had a great experience to work in a fashion company with a very tight-knitted family environment.

      Cons

      You will expect to have to work a lot, weekends, late nights, but that is to be expected in a normal fashion design industry. If you wanna learn, its a great place to start. If you don't wanna work your butt off, then this isn't for you.

      Worked in production dept. - very professional and fairly friendly staff. Loved the work and overall experience.

      Cons

      somewhat chaotic at times, difficult to complete certain tasks due to minor issues all the time.
