      Lots of opportunities to learn and improve. Nice people. Relaxed and laid back environment.

      Cons

      Some lack of organisation. Environments for deployment are not stable.

      Pros

      Environment is excellent, you really work having fun in a relaxing office with comfortable timing. You have the ability to grow up you IT career and enjoy the strategic position in Piccadilly Circus. We go to the gym together, go for pub, football and we have really great summer party and christmas party.

      Cons

      Not all the team are working in the same way, some of them really work bad. Also some of the strategic people are nasty to work with, making strange decision which are bad for the business in my opinion. Also the compensation in lower then rest of the market
