Chaotic, never ending stress

Nothing that I can think of. Once in a while they'll give you free food. But they won't give you a raise.

Cons

This place is terrible. Management is so blind to employees needs. They had a meeting for all of the employees telling us how much they spent the previous year, then went on to say, "but unfortunately we can't give raises. But here's an ice cream cone." The stress you will endure is not worth the minimal pay that they give you. Your coworkers will do anything possible to get work off of their desks and pile it on yours. No one helps each other. Expectations of the work load are unrealistic and upper management is a joke.

at least it's a job.

compensation is ludicrously low at all levels except upper management. they pull major changes without telling anyone and expect you to be perfect at it immediately. the pay systems are designed to pay you the absolute minimum possible. don't expect raises, cost of living increases, or anything like that. on top of all that, then they demand you work overtime to get your work done but you don't ever see any benefits other than your continued employment there. it's like the company is run by ebenezar scrooge.

Cons

There’s a lot of favoritism. The managers are rude and disrespectful to their employees. A lot of inappropriate sexual encounters with one another. Everyone is basically on drugs or under the influence in some way. Having to deal with issues that are not you’re fault was a huge problem as even being told and not ask to do something that is not in your department.
