      Caution - Over worked and under paid!

      Pros

      - Great team of young and enthusiastic staff! - Great clients, a solid portfolio of well known Aussie brands. - Offices are in a great location.

      Cons

      - No respect for work life balance, expect employees to do insane amounts of overtime. - No respect for working families and will not make allowances for parents needing carers leave. - the Managing Director is a very poor manager and regularly has inappropriate temper tantrums. - lack in processes and procedures so working objectives are very often unclear. - Do not provide employees with clear KPIs or goals, therefore, it is hard to measure employees contributions or success

      High expectations of workload - some employees taking on responsibilities of two or more employees Low salary and limited opportunity for growth

      Pros

      Working conditions are ok, the people you get to work with are generally friendly.

      Cons

      I don't believe the company provides real value to the clients for the money they spend. Projects are mostly outsourced which lead to poor quality code.
