A lot of great people. Awesome way to build social skills and improve yourself. Hours are good if you're also studying. Very fun enveriotment to work in. Always something to do.

Cons

Pay and not many hours Alot of tasks expected from you in last 10 mintues, causing you stay hours later alot. Demand to come in even when you can't on your days off, due to other coworkers being unable to make it to shifts
