Pros

If you are able to absorb the real food science it can enhance your exposure to the industry

Cons

The management team needs to understand their is a holistic way to achieve profits instead of cutting corners risking food safety and long-term quality degradation. Quality metrics can be managed instance by instance but sooner or later your customers will begin to passively look for a replacement. The turnover also will have a degradation of qualified talent will to even walk into your doors let alone retain them to ensure an intellectual capital.

Pros

A lot of activity throughout the shift. Warehouse crew where people get along well and work together to get the job done. Better communication between supervisors and employees than at my previous job. Gaining confidence and experience in preparation for bigger things down the line.

Cons

Short-staffed shifts mean more work for everybody.
