      Some nice people, some terrible corporate culture

      Pros

      The locations are great and they are usually crowded so tipped employees can do well.

      Cons

      Upper management has a terribly mean and negative culture, credit card fees were taken from staff tips, can't hold on to people so they are always understaffed.
