List: 1. The salary is NEVER paid on time... 2. Super micro-management by the MD her self, she seems to have major TRUST ISSUES. 3. It is a family business- all senior-level positions are held by MD's relatives having absolutely no corporate experience. A typical LALA company. 4. No training and development opportunities, Hence no scope of Skill Development. 5. No transparency in communication, employees are treated like RAMU KAKA's who need to do only what the BIG BOSS says. 6. High-Level POLITICS that would put some of the government babus to shame. 7. Favoritism at its peak - Company policies are tweaked on the fly to suit individuals who are close to the LALA family. 8. Poor work infrastructure - The LALA loves to work out of her GALA setup. 9. The company doesn't have any forward-thinking growth path in mind, which ideally means employees also have limited scope to move up the ladder. 10. They do not practice what they preach in their SIDDHA SAMADHI YOGA sessions. which by the way is a mandatory session and is linked to your Performance Incentives.
