- the people you work with are so incredibly hard working - upper management listens to feedback from their employees

- struggling with the implementation of agile - clients are not agile and make it very hard to run projects using the agile method

You work with the most genuine, hard-working, and full of life people at this agency. Leadership is extremely transparent. Flexible time off Great culture! There are a handful of social events each month. The office is a dream. Hybrid work model

There are a lot of hands on deck, which is a great thing. More structured project management could help keep everyone on track.

The view of the river.
Cons
The office looks cool from the outside. There is no where to work quietly. Cubes are tiny, and not enough teaming spaces for those who need them. It is an extension of the frat house mentality of senior management.
