Pros

Comes across as fun and playful

Cons

Sadly owners didn’t believe in things like annual pay reviews. Tend to pick on one area at a time and nit pick Face has to fit Grossly unprofessional Sales department shocking behaviour completely inappropriate comments made by senior sales staff particularly to female staff.

Pros

Having left the company was the best thing.

Cons

CEO did not care much and knew everything better. Constantly changing the way we were going. "motivated" us with stupid incentives which never happened while another sales team with his mates went out for trips constantly

Thanks for the review. I'm sorry you felt the incentives were stupid. I certainly do care and I am always looking for the best idea - no matter who or where it comes from. I'll try harder to listen more in future. I'm sorry you felt the need to leave this review, and I wish you all the best. Dave.

Amazing place to work - but some growing pains

Pros

- Learning and development from day 1. - Really supportive management and team culture despite individual targets. - Excellent office and well done hybrid working policy. - Founders are clearly still excited about the business. - Good pay and holiday time. - Clear commission structure and triggers for progression. - Excellent communication between different business areas.

Cons

Basically all growing pains. - Some teams do not have enough staff, leading to people working after business hours and skipping lunch breaks. Hiring is happening, so I hope this will be temporary. - Processes which presumably worked very well when the company was small can be frustrating to use and lack of automation/integration wastes time hunting things down. - Sometimes it's unclear who is responsible for what e.g. keeping information updated, scheduling, maintaining online systems.
