appraisal process was extremely disappointed with the outcome. The process was marred by partiality and politics, and I felt that my contributions were not properly recognized. When I raised my concerns with HR, I was not given a proper response, and it seemed like my complaints were not taken seriously. the work-from-home policies are also partially true. Despite being advertised as full work-from-home, the reality is far from what was promised. There is a lack of communication and support from management. To top it off, the company does not back its own team. this all creates an unjust work environment that is not supportive of employee growth and development.

I had a terrible experience working here due to the toxic management culture. The management team is full of micromanagers who don't trust their employees, constantly breathing down their necks and not allowing them to work independently. The appraisals are unfair and biased, with little recognition of employee achievements and more emphasis on finding faults. Furthermore, the management team has been making it difficult for employees by lying and not providing support. They are also pressuring and troubling employees to fire them, creating a stressful work environment that is not conducive to productivity. It seems like they have little respect for their employees and are only interested in their own goals.
