Executive team has no plan or strategy. Constantly chasing todays popular trends or celebrity endorsements puts BYLT behind the other brands that are actively creating these trends. They don't listen to their employees ideas unless you're part of their "boy's club" and continually force through plans that the team doesn't believe in. Listen to your employees.
CEO thinks he's so in tune with fashion and trends he directly instructs designers and developers and must be present for every line review, except the styles he gets his hands on are consistently the worst sellers of the line.
Have a meeting scheduled with the President? You won't know if it's actually happening until 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, and half the time it'll be cancelled without even seeing him. Some of the worst communication I've ever seen.
All in all, their leadership styles are atrocious. Constantly creating division between departments, reprimanding you for having a thought against their own, and scold you for asking for clarification on a task or project - even when the executives don't know what they truly want. You better be able to read minds and be ready to drink gallons and gallons of their "Kool-Aid" if you are going to be successful here.
