      Nice parties, offices and that is it.

      Cons

      Was not planning on giving a review since I have not worked there since the late 1990's, but can see nothing has changed according to one review that I read. Favoritism and sexual harassment seem to be still a part of the culture at BWD. File an EEO claim

      Pros

      This is a company that offers its employees so much! Even though we got stressed out from time to time, the activities & events that they offered all the time to the employees made up for it. We always had events to collect money to donate to the different organizations. My department was great. I know of someone that had a negative experience in a different dept., but my overall experience was better than any other company that I've worked for. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

      Cons

      Had a new manager (at the time) that was overly dictative about every letter that went out. This is a company that is very, very strict about every letter or correspondence that goes out to any of its clients. You better make sure you are on your P's & Q's with respects to your grammar skills.
