Pros

They apply for H1, but they take the fee to apply, only if you are selected they will pay the remaining fees.

Cons

1. If you are a engineer and no issue on status, if you have some time to look for a different job look for it but please do not work for this company. 2. They pay very very very low, and there is no fixed rate. I worked of 8 months and a new one is hired and he is paid $1 more per hour more than me. $1/hour is not going to change my life but that is not fair. 3. Technically you will not learn anything, you will forget things you have learnt. You will just perform voice test, video test, etc etc and collect logs. You will not even know how to read logs and find issues. 4. I think they are doing modern day slavery, taking chances of people who have problem for status. 5. It is basically a bad company and payment is raised in cents per year. 6. No paid time off, you will spend your life doing overtime, earning less and and not learning anything. 7. Please don't waste your precious time.

Cons

• Below average pay scale. • No PTO, they expect you to work 7 days a week and you have to work as pay is very less. • No motivation whatsoever from the manager. • Management have no intension for the employee retention. • Rules are frequently changing as per the wish of manager. • Manager will ask you for your views, but manager does what the manager feels like. • Manager lacks the communication within the sub-ordinates. • You don’t learn any thing from the technical aspects. All you have to do is capture the logs at most.

No any Pros..If you have masters and join this company u will suffer

No good pay Enginners are paid as low wage workers like in Amazon warehouse No respect Need to speak korean language to influence so called managers Disgusting company.Cant beleive i had to stay jut to retain my H1B
