Pros

Besides the company trip to JB and nice colleagues, I can't think of anything else that is good here.

Cons

- There are rats in the office, bad office location. - Boss always screams vulgarities at us and is very petty, - No career progression, no increment, very low bonus, lack opportunity to grow. - Forced to take AL during CNY week and Xmas week, and go to company trip (otherwise deduct AL). - No proper SOP and reporting structure, directors often have conflicting opinions so not sure who to listen.

Pros

- Lots of projects with lot of room to take responsibility and learn quickly - Team lead is approachable usually - Very lean team with limited unnecessary meetings - good colleagues - good bonuses

Cons

- was told there is work from home during interview. There was no work from home. - promises of pay hikes are made but not kept. - cannot change teams which is sad given that sustainability is already a niche within the construction industry - does not foster training - cuts AL for CNY and Christmas, does not stated in the contract - health insurance reimbursement is in NTUC vouchers. Not stated in contract either. - finance claims take over 4 months to process, made very difficult - SOP different across teams - very few softwares available
