      Great products but lack of integrity and employee care

      Pros

      Great products with access to use them for most staff Quite good pay compared to other similar companies (Powersports) Autonomous role

      Cons

      Very corporate and filled with 'Yes man' management who won't challenge the status quo, even if they don't agree with it. Lack of opportunity for local employees (overseas offices are very different). Would have loved to stay with BRP but they could not offer me career progression, despite my many efforts and meetings about it.

      Beware of overspending by this company! People are first to go

      Pros

      Lots of nice elaborate events to engage customers. Great products opportunities for employees to try out the products.

      Cons

      With all the elaborate parties and events this company overspends and then downsizes employees each and every year in the fall right before Christmas in order to try to reduce headcount and look good for budget. Super HIGH STRESS environment!

      Cool products. Free gym in Sturtevant office

      Cons

      Management is completely incompetent. Review process is a joke. Benefits are terrible except for 401K Culture is terrible Most people from OMC are impossible to work with and are so bad at what they do it's laughable.
