      Some of the good things are the working schedule, the access to group policies and knowledge, location of the headquarter.

      Cons

      No career path, no challenge, no team work, bad organizational culture, total lack of time, no place to evolve professionally.

      Pros

      Better prospects in the long term than a local company less (and no history) in terms of the possibility of a career in the field, a job in the long term (especially if you want to access a housing loan). A good place to learn.

      Cons

      Lack of transparency at communicating new projects / structure modifications to the employees (except for top and middle management). Below average salaries.
