Good work life balance Less work pressure Good time management

1. Considering it's a start-up the learning curve is really high. 2. No office politics (There is no place for office politics in the office) 3. Flexible working hours. 4. Work from home setup (The work from home setup is going to be a permanent setup even after the pandemic.) 5.Good work life balance. (Not have I worked on a weekend even once, number of working hours are well defined, no overtime was ever required) 6. Great & very helpful co-workers as well as upper management.
