Pros

BPI group is a unique blend of global and local expertise! The work culture is extremely positive and conducive to growth and exposure, particularly for those in their early stages of career development. What I've learned working at the company for a few months is multifold in comparison to my peers' experience in the same industry, working for larger firms. I can't say enough to emphasize the rapid-paced, diverse, and rich exposure the organization provides to its consultants!

Cons

As any other smaller company, BPI group needs to continue to examine its growth and resource strategy.

Pros

Great Salary and Bonus, you will travel with out spending a penny, nice gifts. Meet good people and know great places.

Cons

Lack of communication and training, the employees hate each other's even if their offices are one next to the other.

Pros

BPI group has evolved a lot over the last few years and is headed in a great direction. Pros: - International firm - opportunities to work on global projects, especially for those with language skills. - Entrepreneurial energy - lots of opportunities to learn and build new things. - Great coworkers - people really care about each other and their clients. - Flexibility - fairly flexible work environment and less travel than typical consulting gigs.

Cons

This is a great place to learn and grow as a consultant, but does require initiative. More career pathing and formal development would be great.
