Pros

Benefits were ok, the pay was ok, some of the people were nice to work with

Cons

Working at BPAS was what I would imagine it would have been like for women to work hundreds of years ago. The male employees dominated the place and treated the women poorly, as if each female was there solely to do their dirty work (ie - make copies, file, mail their letters, etc). The company does not believe in training because they are fearful that trained employees will "take the information" to their new employer. As a result, there ends up being one "subject matter expert" on each topic who gets bombarded with questions by fellow employees because they were unable to attend a class or training course.

Pros

Some of the people were nice, holidays off, PTO.

Cons

Nepotism ran rampant. Things happened here that were so questionable, and so unreal. I've honestly never worked at a company like this in my entire life. The pay was SUPER low as well.
