Internal trainings, huge experience in construction, also experience in oil and gas field, working with 2500 + employees , taking part in the huge projects working with worldwide companies such as BP, TOTAL, Saipem and etc.

Cons

More office trainings , better evaluation system.

I love my job by the way I was a hod of oil and gas for 7 years of experience and if there is a job like that thank you then but anyway regarding to the topic I wanted to say my job life is amazing me and my family are living in a cozy species apartment I love my life

Cons

It's hard for me to work but I manage even do iam getting paid less because of the country status but it is ok for this country and I have no problem
