Pros

Relaxed working environment. Pay is ok, but best part of the company is the people that you will work with.

Cons

Too many cons to mention but here are the top ones 1) Keep track of your pay, they make a lot of mistakes when it comes to your paycheck 2) Little to no training - Commercial training typically takes 6 months, their training program is maybe two days 3) Health benefits are horrible 4) Commission structure is terrible - unrealistic expectations 5) Employee turnover is very high - when a company can’t keep good employees, there are obviously changes that need to be made 6) Their internal operating system is the worse I’ve ever used...nothing seems to work and the response is always “we’re working on it”.

Pros

Developers and team leaders are good and learning curve gets higher when mixed with other people strength

Cons

Management does all mistakes and everything to make bitter employees by not following the contracts, giving the feeling you're a stupid guy who didn't understand the numbers correctly. from 120 ppl, 30 said thanks and resigned in 1 month including myself.
