Great people working at the company, great culture.

Cons

One of the partners admitted that they frequently hire people and terminate them before their 3 month probation is up, to keep project costs down. They once offered 5k to find out who posts negative reviews on Glassdoor. Management has no experience managing people.

- Very active culture: beer o'clock on Fridays, music played most of the day, constant enthusiasm - Great place to start career - Lots of smart and skilled people to learn from - Environment that actively promotes learning - Welcoming environment; you can hang out socially with the people you work with if you want

Cons

- First off, the majority of the reviews on this site have been rigged by management - Extremely high turn over - Low pay - Expectation that you will work overtime for no money. - Intensive work culture that breeds inflexibility - No health benefits unless you're in senior management
