Pros

Can't think of any. Maybe free vacations for upper management.

Cons

There is an atmosphere of men only in the field operations. There was a lot of gaslighting and scare tactics. I was laid off on April 1st with a carpenters pre-task reading "Happy April Laborers Day." The same jobsite was on the evening news for a noose with a black man's name on it hung in the tool room yet. I was assigned a personal stalker everyday after being hired to run out my grievance time against one of their subcontractors. A toxic work environment with management lying as a regular practice. It is not unheard of for this company to practice undercover police sting operations without warrants, illegal search and seizure and severe harassment. This company also tracks their workers personal social media accounts and has access to all personal data from cell phones. A few laborers sick pay was cashed out without their knowledge or consent after being offered free vacations. They also had shady practices of reporting hours.

Pros

- Good benefits - Employee owned (ESOP)

Cons

Operates like a frat. If you are someone who doesn’t drink, this might not be the company for you. Every event revolves around drinking and colleagues get MESSY at every party. Lots of OT, and since most positions are salaried you are not being compensated for your time. If you aren’t someone who cares about “company culture” then definitely don’t work here, most events are outside of work hours and you are expected to be there. Privileges (such as WFH/hybrid) that are promised in interviews are thrown out the window. After expressing how unhappy I was, I was fired 2 days later in a meeting that was less than 5 minutes. Overall, horrible experience. For me personally, I had a manager who only managed me and no one else and was a complete micro manager and impossible to please.

Pros

Fantastic Salary/Compensation Good benefits Nice work/life balance

Cons

Complete mismanagement of the Colorado region. Said they're not a company that lays people off. Didn't find any work in the region due to the expectation that they had a large mega project and didn't build a basis of projects to fall back on. Can't seem to land any projects here. Laid off a ton of people with ZERO notice. No communication about what's coming up in the region. Unorganized Doesn't seem like anyone knows what they're doing.
