Claims regarding financial mismanagement, such as late supplier payments, are entirely inaccurate. BMT maintains strong financial discipline and has consistently met its supplier obligations. Allegations about abusive leadership behaviour are taken extremely seriously. We have clear, confidential channels for raising concerns, and we act decisively where any inappropriate conduct is substantiated. We remain committed to a culture of respect, inclusion, and support. As a company, we are proud of our people and their contributions, and we continue to invest in our teams and workplace culture.
