HR do not value employees and do not adhere to the ‘our business is our people’ moto. After 5 years of employment with them i found out that i was being paid less than minimum wage. When i brought it up with HR i was told by the HR manager (who i’d never met before) that i was lucky to be getting paid at all never mind at minimum wage. I had an absolutely dreadful experience with this company, specifically with their HR department. The HR team is made up of arrogant and pretentious individuals who seem to believe they are far above anyone else. The level of condescension and sheer disregard for basic professionalism was shocking. Their attitude and communication were dismissive and borderline disrespectful, making the entire process unnecessarily stressful and frustrating. If you’re considering working here, I’d strongly advise against it — it’s not worth compromising your mental health. Avoid this place if you value your sanity.
