      Pros

      Friendly, caring. constructive, great place to learn transferable and life skills, I worked there for over 8 years, there has been consistency and progression, and I am very happy to have found a workplace and agency who appreciate my skills.

      Cons

      If you like large corporations working conditions, this is not for you, but otherwise, good location, spacious offices with lunch space, TV. This is a bespoke talent agency, and you need to care about people, so you need a duty of care.
