Great coworkers, but corporate culture has made it an awful place to work

The people who work there.

Cons

The corporate culture since they got involved with private equity, the focus is all on fees and not enough on client care. The firm is growing very fast, gobbling up smaller companies at speed. However, there is not enough thought for employees and long standing clients. The pressure on the staff is immense and fees are spiralling out of control.
