Pay is sub-par to average considering similar companies Only one 1 plant in India - lacks multiple footprint Leave reimbursement only basic is paid out Variable pay from AGM level upward

Initially when you joined you will feel good as co workers are supportive but later on you will face the black side of this company.
Cons
Micro management,no respect for employees. Only old employees gets pampered by the higher management. Don't have management skill to handle a project.

- Availability of tools - Great learning platform specially for freshers

- unclear & weak HR policies. Manipulation of policies by management according to their mood. - unavailability of basic facilities like cab service, spacious workstation for all the employees. - old & outdated infrastructure - No work life balance - Racism among team members (towards people of certain geographical origin or religious belief) - Unskilled management team. - Biased & Unfair senior management - Opportunities limited to selective people. - No proper policy or plan for betterment of employees - Open & evident office politics
