1. Location of work keeps getting shifted without prior notice. 2. No proper procedures followed during the Appraisal process. Without clear information they delayed the appraisal disbursement dates by a month. 3. Even after the due dates when the appraisal letters should have been sent, the People and culture team don't bother to respond to the questions. 4. Hire and fire culture - the company doesn't value employees or identify their hard work. For silly egoistic reasons employees get fired. 5. Unethically behaviors from the senior management.

1. Highly toxic work environment. Employees are disrespected by the management constantly. Management is very unprofessional with their language and behaviour. The only exception to this is Mr. Monappa, who is genuinely a gem. 2. The “VP of HR” is a joke. She has no understanding of corporate structure and has little to no knowledge about HR policies. I’ve witnessed her behave unprofessionally multiple times with her own team members. The only thing HR department is generally focused on is recruiting and that’s about it. 3. Micromanagement is at its peak. CEO does not delegate even simplest of tasks to the team and it has some how become the ethos of the company culture. 4. Very obvious favouritism. Honest, hardworking employees get no value or respect here. All incentives, bonuses are focused on people who are buttering up the right people.
