Pros

There are so many great things about working at BHDP like a flexible schedule, ample vacation time, managers that care about your personal and professional growth, collective-minded environment, ample access to executives and shareholders, relaxed office, variety of work environments (couches, desks, individual huddle rooms, tables), the list goes on!

Cons

You get paid vacation days and paid sick days - for employees who are rarely sick, I wish they just had total PTO days rather than dividing them up.

Pros

Flexibility and leniency in the schedule is nice.

Cons

There’s a lack of support and structure wasting very talented employees. It’s been some time since we have had an HR manager. There are real HR issues in the company that has been ignored and needs to be addressed. I feel my efforts and opportunity here is a waste if change doesn’t happen. I feel leadership isn’t willing to recognize there’s a problem.

Incredible focus on employee professional development...unlike anything I've ever seen. Great bunch of people trying to do great work. Pleasant, creative office environment.

Cons

1: The salaries are below industry standards. 2: The company is trying to position itself above the competition by being "experts" but they are not sure what they should be experts in...company seems lost. The company mission statement states they improve client's strategic results, but this bold statement isn't backed up by any metrics.
